I went into store to get some appetizers..haven't been in store alot so I asked a lady who worked there a few questions..she was rude and made you feel like you were bothering her..not a good experience I left without a purchase
Bought too tall cake and jumbo wings as a try loved them and also the service was good . The meal advisors were good and very pleasant also described the foods I looked for. Would love to visit again !!
This was my first time in the Simcoe location. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Prices were very reasonable and there were a lot of new items too!!!
Once a month i buy the products we use. Fish, chicken burgers breaded just like Wendy's, roast beef, crispy fries, chicken fingers, vegetables, spinach dip, deserts are wonderful. The food is amazing.
The staff are doing a wonderful job of cleaning the store. They are only allowing two people in store to help with social distancing which I think is excellent. Still have a great selection of choices for dinner and single serve meals.
My daughter pre ordered a oriental pack 5 days before new years for curb side pick and gets a call the day of pick up saying they are sold out.....how can that happen dont they set your order aside so this wont happen? You try to do your part staying home and doing curb side pick up and this is how they treat you...this was the simcoe franchise...our family will no longer shop there....
Served by a very friendly Caitlin C. Was greeted upon entering and told to ask for help with anything if needed. Found everything I wanted ok and check out was speedy. 3 people allowed in store (Covid19) as of this post.
