The worst experience I’ve had with any grooming place. Asked for the “lion cut” and this is all they did, I let them know she had matting on her back end and instead of saying they couldn’t do it they just left her like this and charged me $50. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.waste of time and money. She gets done at Sarah’s grooming in brantford no problem so will be taking her there to get fixed asap, will never do pawsitive vibez again.
We just got a puppy a few weeks ago and have been looking for a place to get him groomed! Skye at Pawsitive Vibez was just perfect! They took great care of our little Theo, and he looks so great! Great staff, great prices, and a wonderful experience. We'll be back with Theo for sure! Highly recommended.

Kirby doesn’t mind getting her Mani Pedi’s at all. The almost 13 year old Pug with Arthritis gets totally supported throughout, which leads to less muscle ache for her. The shop is always lovely and clean. Setting up appointment is a breeze, and would recommend it.
Not sure where to start... but I actually give Kylie of Pawsitive Vibez a 4.5 stars. Kylie is about as friendly a person as you'll find and I can guarantee your fur buddy will agree. She made us feel welcome the moment we walked through the door and made out puppy feel at ease. She provided an awesome environment an amazing grooming experience for our little critter. We highly recommend if you're in the market for a great Groomer, pay her a visit.
We brought our dog in stating that she was picked up the other day from someone who never gave her a hair cut before she had thick Mats all over her, we just needed her shaved shortly after they left us a message to pick her up asap they found a flea and is going to automatically charge us 90$ To Sanitize the whole building and did not shave all of her. They left her face tail and didn’t cut her nails we were charged 100$ Will not be returning.
