Just wanted to share my experience in the beauty section with makeup artist Teri. Teri was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me all kinds of tips and tricks and was able to provide me with a product that suited my needs, more than what Sephora recommended. Aside from her pleasant personality, I really appreciate the customer service that she provided.
I used the care clinic today, I was in and out with a prescription in 30 minutes. Everyone at the clinic and pharmacy was very friendly and professional.
I had an excellent experience with a nurse at the clinic who truly went above and beyond. She listened attentively to my concerns and showed genuine care for my well-being. This Shoppers is my go to. Always clean, friendly service. The staff is great and don't mind answering questions. The woman at the till, Linda, always has a great attitude and a smile for everyone.
On three occasions and the past two months it started I had to have a prescription faxed there and I asked if it was possible to have a week supply only for financial reasons no that wasn’t possible so that became two weeks. I did read the original prescription receipt in case you’re reading this pharmacy tech from Friday, August 24 last night. You need to go back to school. A medication that is prescribed three months at a time just because it says quantity 120 it aligns with three months supply and I know the dose I take clearly written, but they have charged me because I don’t have coverage. I have paid dispensing fees three times now and It’s OK to hold onto 15 days and pay another dispensing fee so that’s $13 dispensing fee so multiply that by four and they are OK with it and yesterday when I called another tech told me I only work here call head office. I’ll be speaking to your manager and yes head office has been called and a feedback email has already been sent to me. I do not recommend this pharmacy. It feels as if you are annoying them for dropping off a prescription. You were annoying them to pick up a prescription and they are not busy at 8:30 at night like they are throughout the week not when three workers are standing there talking and laughing And I know what preparing and dispensing medication looks like and that’s not what is often happening. You unfortunately make it bad for any of the shoppers drug Mart pharmacies that actually do their job and your signs that don’t tolerate harassment, When you come out shooting at the hip and somebody is trying to ask you a question and you get your back up because God forbid you have to repeat yourself the point is as you’re really not looking at CPSO standards or Pharmacist standards you need to go to the website and see what Medication’s and as far as dispensing, what you were allowed to do and not, just use your computers and follow your insurance systems And I feel sorry for anybody picking up any controlled substance here. I only picked up a regular medication that keeps me out of the hospital so you want me to pay full price and then come back on the Thursday as so convenient as that is it’s not convenient for me and I don’t think it would be convenient for many other people, but you think that’s OK because you enjoyed that you are absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. And the ones I can’t stand our shoppers drug Mart. I went in there and almost hesitated, dropping everything else I bought. I left there with a sick taste in my mouth. I will never use a shoppers drug Mart pharmacy again
I was pleasantly surprised by this shoppers, it was open conveniently pretty late, especially considering the neighborhood. They have an extensive line of st tropez, Beauty boutique with some decent luxe brands. I was shocked to find Bali body here, an Australian self tanning line like st tropez but I was only able to find this brand online so I had to pay for shipping. Here it was on sale so I saved money which was awesome! Very clean and well organized, of course most shoppers are. This one also had a good selection of food with produce that looked so fresh! I didn’t end up grabbing any but I was tempted. Staff was super polite and helpful, even as late as I went there which was around 11:30pm, half hr prior to closing. All in all I found everything I went for, even some good sales and I would recommend this location for sure. They also offer those stamps if your collecting
