Highly Recommend. The guys here fit me in their full schedule on short notice for a wheel issue that needed immediate attention. They were incredibly fair with pricing and service / follow-up was absolutely above and beyond. Great group of guys here!
This would have been a one-star review had it not been for Jeremy. I had a Michelin Tire fail under warranty The main body of the tire started leaking air everywhere, clearly a manufactured defect. The Michelin rep was slow to respond and suggested I buy a new tire from them with a discount that was insulting. Jeremy really went above and beyond to do everything he could to make it right for me even though The Michelin rep could care less. I will definitely buy tires here again but I will never buy Michelin again. And my advice to you would be don't put too much weight on the warranty that Michelin provides. It was $100 cheaper for me to buy a used tire than it was to go through michelins warranty. (Tire had 11 micro holes in it, not punctures but micro cracks in the rubber the tire was within the time frame and mileage allotted for the warranty. I don't know how this tire was not just replaced. It would have cost me $187 to replace this tire With the piddly discount that Michelin was willing to give me. In my opinion, even when Michelin builds an inferior Tire that fails within warranty, they still somehow manage to profit by selling you a new one.
Amazing! I have had a vibration in my lifted truck since I bought it new in 2016. A friend referred me to Tirecraft and and stated Eric was the mechanic for this. Well, my truck now drives smoother than a Cadillac for the first time in 8 years! Apparently there was an issue with the original balancing of the tires. The team was friendly and proffessional. Went to get my brakes inspected on a Friday morning, I was there about 2 hours.. they said my inspection was completed and told me it would be $2200.. I nearly fell to the floor.. I asked why so expensive.. the girl at desk black hair and tattoos said my calibres were so bad they needed to be replaced, 2 of my rotors, my brakes pads, bleeding my brakes, brake fluid, a T- Bar at the front of my car, a car alignment, Wipers and check engine light.. I keep up with my car maintenance and this seemed outrageous.. I asked her how urgent these needs were because that’s a bit pricey, I thought brake pads only if anything! She said it’s pretty urgent. The T-Bar is loose and the longer I leave the more damage.. I paid for the inspection but declined to pay for anything else.. nearly blew my mind. It was my birthday weekend too so to say it was super anxiety causing and I was stressed out how I was gonna pay for this!! After nearly borrowing the money and contemplating believing them to be truthful I call to book the work there!! By Monday morning after talking among my friends for clarity they say get second opinions! So I take it to 2 other local notable mechanics and paid for 2 more inspections.. to the mechanics disbelief and my own there is NOTHING WRONG with my vehicle.. None of those parts of suggestions were even close to needing any work..mechanics had my vehicle apart and said all calibres were mint, my pads were an 8, when new ones are 10.. my rotors and alignment all perfect!! i had a cabin filter changed, they changed my oil and checked engine light.. which was a fuel sensor.. I left the 3rd mechanic paying $400 total for inspection, filter, oil change, engine light read and fix!! These people were gonna scam me.. take me for $2200.. right after Christmas and in these tough times.. I cannot imagine how many innocent people they are playing lies to and deceiving innocent victims.. I am super upset and I am questioning dealing with this lawfully! When I look back on the day sitting in their business the young men working we’re all over the place.. they wandered in and out and sitting around and doing much of nothing. The customer service was cold and arrogant from the man/kid at the front desk.. eyes constantly looking at me to see if they can take me! Thank The Lord I Was Made Aware, That I followed my heart. This is serious stuff and has affected me.. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS MECHANIC. I Am Still Undecided How To deal with this. Time will tell.. Please tell others and BEWARE?
I recently had an urgent issue with my car—engine light on, shaking, and vibrating. I called several places, but they all had a wait for an appointment. Tire Craft, however, took my Volkswagen Golf station wagon, They did a great job and had it fixed by the next morning once the parts arrived. The service was quick and professional. I'll definitely be returning and recommending them to others!
