Shoutout to Tiffany who made sure we were taken care of with a rental when things went south with parts delivery which was out of their control. She went above and beyond what she should have, just to make our lives easier for the week. If anyone ever needs body service, I recommend Simcoe Carstar 100%. I am satisfied with the repair that Carstars completed, although I had to point out that the first attempt did not look like the other side that had not been damaged. I was told they could order the part and repair it better, which they did. My passenger seat was left in a very odd position. The repairs were done on time. I would recommend Carstars.

My vehicle was damaged after a hit and run (Deer). They were very thorough. My only complaint was the time it took for my insurance company to receive the quote.
I was a bit skeptical on trying a major body shop network for my my collision with my Ford Escape. However, I gave the Simcoe shop a try and all I have to say is I was amazed. I was involved in a no fault collision, on the driver's side, where my A pillar was wrecked, and all my driver's side doors needed replacement. I thought I had a write-off... But nope! They've fixed my A pillar area, replaced the doors and rebuilt the front drivers side area, to, what I call, 99.999% factory condition. I couldn't be more impressed given what needed to be replaced, fixed and reconstructed. Hopefully I will not be a repeat customer, but if I have to, I know who to call. Kudos! Car actually runs better now than before! :)
Just updating my 1st review because a few yrs later, I’ve just had a different car repaired & my 2nd experience was as good as the 1st. Especially helpful were Tiffany & Brad. I can’t say enough good things about CARSTAR in Simcoe. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very responsive to any phone or email inquiries during the course of the service. It was a seamless process between them and my insurance company. The workmanship is top notch and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that in addition to great collision repair work, the job was completed quicker than expected, and the car was essentially “detailed “/cleaned to a like new condition both inside and out despite the fact that damage being repaired was to a more isolated area. I highly recommend CARSTAR in Simcoe and will definitely take my vehicles there for any future work regardless of whether it is for personal/customization work or for an insurance claim.
