Had my vehicle sprayed or at least I think I did. Hard to tell with the terrible job that was done. I think there was more oil inside my car than outside. Oil on my seats, steering wheel, push start button and shifter. Not impressed with oil on my seats. My husband had his vehicle done as well and was the exact same. Will not be going back.
This is my second time to this location. The first time I strongly believed my truck was never sprayed. I didn’t really know what to expect but once I got home I saw no remnants of oil anywhere. So this year I called and asked if the manager/owner could look to see if it possibly was missed. Once I got there a staff member did look (not the owner) as I was told. He did agree that if it was done it was done very light. Obviously he’s not going to say yes it was likely missed. I was under the impression today that I would be heavily discounted for today’s visit. Unfortunately they said after they couldn’t give me a deal. They did a great job today and I can tell 100 percent it was done solidifying my suspicions that it was missed last year. I would be much happier if they had the manger out today as promised , and given me a discount if not a freebie. I will try a new place next year.
Waste of money. Workers being paid but doing nothing to effectively protect your vehicle. They didn't even do a thorough job. I WONT be coming back to this business again.
Recently had my wife's vehicle sprayed at this location and it wasn't done very well. I've used Krown many times over the years and this is the worst I've seen. I do all my own work on our vehicles and I always check when someone else does something I'm not interested in doing. - Oily plugs thrown in the back. - Scratches in paint where holes were drilled. - Very spotty application of product. - Floor mat and brake pedal were very oily. - No hinges were sprayed.
I suppose time will tell whether this rustproofing does its job, which I’m sure it will, my issue is more with the staff and the process to have the product installed. I Was informed that holes would be drilled in my cab corners and rocker panels (to ensure their product gets installed in the best possible way) which I was skeptical on because that can then complicate a safety if vehicle were ever to be sold. Went through with it when they said they’d plug the holes they made….WAS NOT informed that the rustproofing would continue to drip and stain for upto 48 hours wherever the vehicle is parked, I can’t believe something like this is overlooked and excluded, I called to voice this to the receptionist and was told I can BUY their cleaner to take care of it. Not happy about the mess I now have to clean or the fact I wasn’t told prior. customers should 100% be able to prepare for this or decide against this rustproof method if they choose, see picture for idea of what you’re in for because it’s no small drip
