brought my phone in to get my front camera fixed after a year. finally got it fixed and was happy. after some time i go to look back at my phone and my camera is doing the same thing as it was before. broken. i’m completely frustrated because nothing happened to my phone and we payed so much just for the phone camera to be broken again. price seemed high for the part, he wanted my password after i left for it to be fixed, and then it breaks all over again. hopefully i can get my money back or have them look to see what’s going on with it. but honestly save your time and money and try somewhere else when you are first looking to get your phone fixed.
go there to get a screen protector for the third time and this joker broke my phone screen as well the screen protector last time i go there for anything
Bought some earphones that didn't fit my ears, had all the original packaging down to the little plastic bag the charger came in. I explained to the guy I bought them from, told him I was interested in something cheaper, it was still in the time frame, and I barely put one in my ear before realizing the size. He said it wasn't possible to return earbuds because of hygiene. ((the guy I talked to a day or so earlier didn't say anything about that)) I would have kept them and given them to someone as a gift, but with how cheap they were aswell I thought I should just get something I'd actually use instead, especially for the overpricing I paid ((27 for a pair I could get at the dollar store)) but whatever, I'm sure he's used to one time customers anyway with the product quality, poor customer service and insane price jacking
ABSOLUTE TRASH! I RECEIVED AN IPHONE13 CASE AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. THE PHONE CASE WAS BROKEN RITE OUT OF THE PACKAGE, THE CASE DIDNT EVEN FIT MY PHONE, DESPITE THE PACKAGING SAYING IT WAS AN IPHONE13 CASE. TRIED EXCHANGING IT (DIDNT EVEN WANT A REFUND). THEY SAID ITS PAST 7 DAYS WE CANT HELP YOU. THE PURCHASE WAS DECEMBER18, THE STORE CLERK WAS TOLD IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT THEY SAID THATS FINE. SO 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE THAT IS DECEMBER25 THATS CHRISTMAS DAY,THEY WERE CLOSED FOR A FEW DAYS. SO THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TRY TO WORK SOMETHING OUT DESPITE THE FACT THEY WERE CLOSED, THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME GO SOME WHERE REPUTABLE THAT WILL BACK THEIR PRODUCTS UP.
broke my phone, I brought it here, it came out more broken than when I handed it in. When I called and complained, pretended like they didn't know who I was. Went in, in person with reciept, still the same thing. Money grabbbing, disrespectful owner, and employee flirts with every girl, gives a discount if they're cute.
Negative stars charged me 20 dollars for a screen protector full of bubbles i said take it off I dont want it said that's the best he could do!!! Would not give my money back have to take phone somewhere else to get redone this guy is a shyster and thief luckily was only 20 dollars I lost save yourself some time and find a better person to deal with
This place will always have a case for your phone. I would like a bit of better aesthetic options but I am pleased I can always count on them having a case.
