Do not recommend coming to the shop because they are more concerned about getting their commission than actually listening to the customer! They also aren’t completely honest with their customer saying they have to wait 30 days to fix their plans when they decided to mess them up when you could’ve went in the next day except for they wouldn’t have gotten their commission ended up going with a different company and cancelling all together so disappointing! I’d give it no stars if it would let me with this review
Stopped in there after a mix up with the SIM card on an upgrade from another store. Chris, Anthony & Damien had us all fixed up in the matter of minutes. All very friendly with great attitudes. Defintite 5 star + service.
The mobile shop at our real Canadian superstore was an awesome experience. Once again we upgraded our phone and enjoyed the service Criss our associate was awesome. I highly Recommend and as a bonus we received 150,000 PC points. What a deal.
Upgraded my phone to take advantage of the boxing week deal they had going on and Chris was great to work with! We ended up having an issue while setting it up where I would have been overcharged by the provider, and he was patient and went through all the channels to make sure I had the best deal available. Did great under pressure, and made sure to answer the other people in lines questions while we waited. Very happy with my new phone & plan and the service I received!
Chris was cordial and knowledgeable in getting me a new phone with a new 2 year contract/plan. He was able to use Optimum Points to offer a reduced rate, which was favorable. He included a new case to fit the size of my new phone and even assisted with tracking the Purolator delivery as there were no cases available/in stock. I highly recommend The Mobile Shop for their services and plans and will continue to shop here in the future.
I purchased a phone from Phil on May 19 2023. He was the best. He got me a superb deal, bonus PC points. I will definitely go back to this location to get any future phones. I would recommend Phil again and again, as he was with me over an hour to get the best deal. Phil wants you to have the best phone for you, and not the most expensive; it was a refreshing change.

He knows it all! Phil always gives you multiple comparisons, goes over the good and bad feature's of each phone & provider. I have recommended many friends and family to Phil.
