This is my goto place for automotive detailing. I wanted my new to me (14 year old) Escalade detailed. The previous owner had 14 children and 3 dogs. Its was a sticky mess inside. These guys did amazing. Every single square inch inside this truck is clean and like new. I also got the exterior waxed, and dam does it look good! I'm super impressed and will be bringing my other cars here as well.

Not only did they fix my car perfectly, but they also saved me a ton of money by only doing what was truly necessary. You can tell they take pride in their work and value integrity over just making a quick buck. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I’ve found mine! If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable auto repair shop, Expert Auto Clinic is hands down the best around. I’ll never take my car anywhere else!
Heather is the rudest front staff I have ever experienced. Everytime we come in she's dismissive and condescending. When she makes errors she's very quick to blame you or her coworker Kim, who we have never had any issues with. The mechanics themselves are not much better. We've had caps left off leading to extra work needing to be done as well as such gas filling the car I almost passed out while driving. They then charged us to fix their own mostake. Most recently Heather has been telling us for weeks that she ordered a part in, only for us to find out after 2 weeks they never even put the order in, and had apparently no intention of telling us. When we followed up with another mechanice this $2000 part wasn't even needed for the fix. Expert was just trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible . I have had nothing but bad experiences with expert auto and Heather specifically. We are happily moving on to a more honest trustworthy mechanic. Update: we got the car checked at the dealership and when our old mechanic (aka expert auto) replaced our battery they didn't hook it up correctly, causing the battery to drain extremely fast and die within the year. So that's 3 weeks of mechanic bills, towing, and car anxiety that was entirely expert autos fault. DO NOT GO HERE.
Expert Auto is a wonderful place to take your vehicle . They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is honest and helpful that is why I will continue to bring me vehicle there . ...awesome experience
Marcos looked after our custom car. Did not do unnecessary work. He is straight forward and conscientious worker. Honesty to the next level. I would recommend this garage.
My father has dealt here for awhile and highly recommend them. Had a situation happen with our daughters vehicle and decided to go with Expert and they were fantastic working with us, and then servicing our own vehicle when we had a tight time request as well. I had my wife's car in last week as it needed new rear pads and rotors. After the brake job, my wife did not use her car for a few days. On her way to work (Friday night) she noticed the car shaking a bit. Once at work, she could smell something burning and the back passenger rim was extremely hot. The car was unsafe to drive and had to be towed. Unfortunately, it was Friday night and the long weekend. My wife had to use a vacation day and we had to share my car as we both worked all weekend and both worked nights On the Tuesday morning, I had her car back to Expert Auto. Marco knew the issue and immediately ordered rear calipers and replaced them free of charge. When I picked up the car, Marco took the time to explain why this can happen when new pads are installed. He was also very apologetic about the situation. Although the timing was unfortunate, Marco's customer service was excellent. Thank you Marco !!
