I just want to thank Randy Lavelle for his great service expertise with getting me a great all weather tires. These Goodyear assurance tires are exactly what I needed. Was driving the other day through the snow we were having and tested them a bit. Traction was great. Stopping was very good and overall road handling on unploughed roads was better than expected. I justvwant to thank Randy and Tirecraft for their great service to me and this Community.
My Dad brought his 2021 Dodge Ram in to have a noice checked in the front end. The service advisor ( scruffy bearded guy) brought my dad into the shop and showed him that the ball joint was gone - that it was going to cost close to a 1000 dollars to replace the part. He came home and I said it's not your ball joint, it's your sway bar bushings. Dad went to Carquest, purchased a set of after-market bushings, and had another shop install them. Noise went away. So great job on the diagnosis Queensway. !!! A year later my truck ( same year ) started making the same noise, so I decided to do the same ( purchase the bushings from Carquest) and have them installed. I popped into the shop and the scruffy bearded guy behind the desk said, Unless we supply the parts - were not installing them. WOWOWO, business must be that good, I thought. So on a pair of 27 dollar bushings that I purchased from Carquest, you are willing to lose bench time for your mechanic, and income for the rest of the shop over a mark up of 30 percent on a pair of 27 dollar bushings. Our family USED to have all of our tires replaced by Queensway and that won't happen anymore, in fact, - i plan on sharing my experience with everyone I can. All over 8 dollars. ;). Have a great day
I’ve bought 3 Sets of tires here over the years. All the Employees are great. My current set they beat other shops by over $500. Work is always fast and done well. Queensway will always have my service

Excellent and safe business! They helped me out when I needed my front tire air valves fixed. They also noticed that I have had the wrong bolts on all these years and found some used ones around the shop and swapped them for FREE. Professional and honest people :). Also, they were safe and masked up, which can't be said for all places around here!
Always a pleasure to do business with these folks. They're always able and willing to tell you more about how something works and what sorts of problems you might encounter. Reliable and up-front, which are qualities I always respect. I've had plenty of work done with them in the past, from suspension and brake work to the standard checkups and tire changes, and I recommend them to everyone.
Will never do business there again. Bought 2 new tires from them. They balanced, mount them and in the process messed up my tire sensors. They would not take responsibility and fix problem. Update took truck to get oil change dealship check senors they were damaged so buy beware of these clowns cost me over $100.00 to fix problem. I work in Simcoe so I let the staff at work know to stay clear.
