Unfortunately with the few experiences I’ve had I’ve been displeased. I came in to change my power steering pump got charged 1100 dollars. I then asked if they could switch my tires to my winters and what I understood was that they wouldn’t charge me. I then call and confirm that I wasn’t going to be charged when I submitted an appointment then come to the day of the appointment after all was done I was told I would have to pay 80$. If I knew I was going to get charged I would’ve just done it at Canadian tire for half the price! Very upset…
If I could give ten stars, I would! Absolutely fantastic customer service today. Way above and beyond what could be expected. I wish I could remember their names. I was in a pinch this morning. My car wouldn’t start as I was trying to go to work. I was afraid to jump start it, as there was a million clicking noises coming from the fuse box, and I didn’t was to fry anything. (Disclaimer - I live about half a block away). I walked over and asked at the desk - a mechanic came out and explained that it was ok to jump start. I went home and used my booster pack. No luck. I went back and they loaned me theirs (larger one). I still had no luck after many tries, so back I went. This time, the mechanic dropped everything and CAME TO MY HOUSE and boosted it for me. (It was busy in the shop and I felt stupid wasting his time). I let it idle in the driveway a few minutes, and when I went back out, the car had stalled, and I couldn’t restart. Back I go. This time they wanted to check the charging system and any other issues. Two guys again CAME TO MY HOUSE, started the car, drove it to the shop for me, and then repaired it. Turns out it only needed a battery. (Again I felt stupid because I could have changed myself, but didn’t know this was the issue). They did all of this of their own accord, for a very reasonable price! Not much more than the price of the battery. All on a day when their appointments were otherwise full. I can’t thank them enough!
Went above and beyond for me; they always do! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Best mechanic I’ve ever had. I fully trust them with all of my vehicles. I recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Had my daughter drop my 2014 car off there to get safetied so I can transfer the car into her name. The car is regularly maintenanced so it should of been easy. Instead my daughter calls me all upset because they want her to pay $600 for rear pads and rotars before they will safety it. I told her no way and for them to put it back together. They still changed her $160 I took it to my dealership and lo and behold it passed with the recommendation I get rear tires which I knew I needed. Shame on you people for trying to take advantage of a young woman !!
